About Me

Your safety and comfort are my top priority. I believe every person has the capacity to heal and grow in ways that are right for them. In our work together, I see you as the expert of your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering support and guidance.

Education & Credentials

I hold a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University, and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Psychology and a Minor in Applied Ethics from the University of Victoria. I am currently awaiting registration with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).

Experience & Passion

Over the past six years, I’ve supported people through some of life’s most challenging moments. My experience includes working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families, providing trauma-informed talk therapy for women and children affected by domestic violence, and coaching crisis line volunteers at Kids Help Phone.

I am especially passionate about supporting people who are neurodivergent, who identify as 2SLGBTQIA+, and those who have experienced trauma, while welcoming people from all backgrounds and life experiences. I approach every client with empathy, curiosity, and respect, meeting you where you are without judgment.

My Approach

My approach is relational, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I believe that genuine healing occurs within a safe and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Together, we will move through the process at a pace that feels right for you. I draw from modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), tailoring each session to your unique needs. Therapy isn't about “fixing” you; it's about supporting you as you reconnect with your own inner strength and wisdom.

Ready to Connect?

I would be honoured to be a part of your journey. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out and see if working together feels like the right fit.

Get in Touch

I am grateful to live and work as an uninvited guest on the traditional, unceded territories of the T’Sou-ke and Scia’new Nations. As a therapist, I am committed to the ongoing work of decolonization and strive to create a therapeutic space that honours and respects the deep history and wisdom of these lands.
